Bucherer x Rolex, St Paul's Cathedral
St Paul's, set for dinner
Red scribble shaped like a broad zigzag line with rounded edges.
140 guests. The Nave. Wren’s dome overhead. Bucherer and Rolex invited their guests somewhere very few will ever experience in this way: inside St Paul’s Cathedral, for dinner beneath its iconic dome.
The word RESONATE in large, light blue, blurred capital letters.
A Meadow in Stone
Red scribble shaped like a broad zigzag line with rounded edges.
The experience began outside, with lantern-lit steps leading to the private Churchyard Gardens. Hosts in green velvet welcomed guests for drinks around a bespoke Rolex-green bar before the Cathedral doors opened.

Beneath Wren's Dome

Red scribble shaped like a broad zigzag line with rounded edges.
Inside, we created Timeless Meadow, a design conceived to work with the grandeur of St Paul’s rather than compete with it. Two 74-foot tables ran through the Nave, with mirrored gold surfaces, Rolex green, ivory and meadow-style florals creating one continuous installation beneath the dome. New timepieces were revealed between courses, while a string duo reworked contemporary music for the setting.

Time Stood Still Beneath the Dome

Production began at dawn, working around public access and daily services. By evening, every trace of the build had disappeared. Just 140 guests, two extraordinary tables, and one of the great domes of the world.
